Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with a software development/delivery background to help us digitize Oman's public sector services, a strategy, and technology company crafting a brighter tomorrow for people in nearly 20 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and North America. Your Role Involves
• Taking the role as a main contact person for the Client
• Responsibility for understanding the customer business needs and
    providing the best technical solutions
• Managing systems changes and new projects implementation for
    the client, driving and translating business needs into system
    requirements
• Lead a team of up to 20 members (mostly analysts, developers,
   testers), both on-site and off-site
• Taking part in full project management (from pre-analysis to
     release) and process development. 


We Expect from you
• Passion and vision about how top-notch software is made and how
    to make it even better
• Managing software delivery projects or accounts of the budget of
   2.5 M EUR or larger and EBIT responsibility
• The right mix of technical, analytical skills and also project
     management capabilities
• Experience with both - fix price and time and material projects
• Experience & interest in financial solutions
• Experience from cross-border delivery
• Track-record of successful up-sell/cross-sell
• Deep technical knowledge (DB, web principles, others) in order to
    prepare the best technical solution
• Ability to use 3rd party services
• Orientation in modern system development methods
• Excellent knowledge of English language, Arabic will be a plus
• Result oriented, flexible, comfortable in a multitasking
    environment.
